i guess its this post before i go on haitus again.

it sucks a little too that staycay was SO overwhelming that it overtook every single nerves in me to forget about how i really felt during anniv.
but i know for one thing.

dinner was as per other years, but the effort to include a card and gift was bonus.
didn't expect any gifts at all!

then off we went to bueller house after JE.
sweating like dog when we reached his house cos the weather was sooo warm.
my gift to bueller, was just this.
so underwhelming.
but this looks like some praying offering thing.
hahaha.
basically, i just got him what he needed, and what he wanted.
hahaha.
diffuser cos he say his room smelly, but he wouldn't let me spend on a good diffuser.
so i got it from daiso.
then he wouldn't want me to spend too much on gifts so i just DIY my gift.
and the cookies he have been wanting to eat again.

it looked soooo simple but it was so hard.
took me a good 3-4hrs cutting and pasting and designing and measuring everything.
but yay! i think it looks not bad hahaha.

bread for starters!!
it was very very unique.
crusty on the outside, very dense and moist and stretchy on the inside.
i gobbled it down.
cos i had craving for bread haha.
no matter how i position or angle, i can't take a nice pic here.
but i still like the flowers and the place.

everything was so fresh.
they poured the olive oil only when the bread was served.
than to pour the olive oil and leave it there.

then i rotate my head and peep to the other side of my shell.
first up was burata.
bascillico was better.
really need the truffle honey and all the condiments.
cheese nv tasted so good before with all the condiments.
mr jigopek saw us taking a selfie and offered to help us take pic.

i absolutely dislike it when the pork is overcooked.
once it is slightly tough i'm not eating it.
truffle pizza!
fluffiest pizza ever.
but buller said it would be better if the crust was thinner and crispier.
i agree toooo.
this was nowhere btw a bread and a pizza.
too thick to be called pizza, too thin to be a bread.
but i like it better if they could add some mushrooms on it.
i mean yes, good quality truffle (maybe?) and alot of truffle shaves but that doesn't justify the $29.
and it was smaller than usual pizza size.
but the flavour was good la, you can't go wrong with truffle.

sweeeet way to end our dinner.
i like the ice creams cos it was really of quality.
and the blood orange wasn't that sour.

totally opp of what bueller expect hahaha, but we still enjoyed it.

after reading the contents, then i realised there were wordings on the card.
