to date, there were simply alot of things to be thankful for.
but i might have missed some out.
cos i didn't blog when i had those on mind.
thankful that he came back safe and sound.
thankful that we were able to spend both monthsary and xmas together.
both dates which were important to me.
thankful for that tired ass to spend his day with me after bkk cos he's a pig.
thankful on xmas day, for all that he done for me.
basically, feeling pretty thankful about us/him.
for we have come this far.
it has been a rocky and tough year for me.
looking back 2016, it wouldn't be all these happy little things that marks the year.
but what happened in july that marks this year.
that will be a constant reminder of..idk what but reminder to myself the worst of us, the worst things could get, and not let myself be in such a situation ever again.
maybe 2016 turned out to be a year of broken ships.
since the day i got back from my trip, or say, since my trip began, time passed so quickly without me knowing.
first i was looking forward to the end of their bkk trip, then xmas.
now before i know it, it's the end of the year already.

somebody missssed me sooo.
that he left house so damn early.
leaving me with zero time to nap.
zombie much but dragged myself out to meet smelly bull.
do i miss him?
actually not really, maybe just a little.
i've learnt how not to miss someone, just a bit will do.
since my misses doesn't get reciprocated. 0.1 out of 10 times.
and also, i was bz enjoying and nuaing.
and not giving much care to "SG life".
simply trying to do it his style.
it felt good actually.

21 decwesty went away on a goon trip to bkk.
spending millions on moderate non-thai food with a day long of gooness goofness and WWE.
while me had a trio date with sisties.
our first ikea breakfast hehe.
finally managed to pull them out to eat thisss.

it was on this day where the sky brought me a rainbow!
it stayed for an hour at least.
reappearing after disappearing.
i did nothing for that whole hour except to look out of my window, snapping taking pic and smiling at the sky/rainbow.
such a rare sight please.
and there was DOUBLE rainbow.

the day our fam went on a day trip to JB.
wow.
it was so damn tiring.
and angsty.
and annoying.
and pissssy.
i rmb nothing but tiredness.
the day i forgot somebody was coming back.
totally forgot cos my mind was tuned to him back on 23.
didn't occurred to me that packing and checking out was this day.
probably proves that i didn't miss him at all hhaha.
the queue i thought was crazy.
until i went with bull.
that is then crazy.
the famous herbal duck.
not bad but i think ok la.
perhaps peking duck suits us better.

finally finally visited this place after the crazy trend and craze about this cafe.
whom naive me thought was in SG initially.
it has a nice interior and exterior.
very cafe-ish.
it looks plain from here but it was simplicity at its best.
mineeeee.
there was smoke so kwell.
the choc ice cream i thought was not bad.
but don't trust my standards.
because.
ice cream truck is good enough for me.
hahaha.
but nice eh.
doesn't taste the cheapskateness in it.
not too bad for a cuppa mocha.
and so cute the bear bear hehehe.

i like mine the best.
the rest had a soya taste to the coffee.
supper.
that seems healthy.
and easy cos just microwave.
but having supper is nv a healthy thing i guess haha.

somebody came back.
i headed over, since he came over when i was back.
he didn't oversleep.
SURPRISINGLY.
i had the 贴心dabao and didn't get evacuated somboon.
it was not bad but quite "gelard" (how do i even spell this??) towards the end.
we didn't really nap, ok abit but not enough for some grouchy piggy.
got bf = no nap after trip.
got gf = no nap after trip.
hahaha.
cos we had a timing to catch and also needed to do some last min xmas burden shopping.
sucks.
it was so croweded bull and i hated it.
grrr.
crazy crowd.
but thankfully we were together because i would have raged.
this very gimmicky DIY grass coloured tea.
i told him not to order but he say he want then ok lo.
it doesn't even look nice other than being able to do it yourself.
#say no to gimmicky stuff.
lesson not learnt from bkk tsktsk.
probably this was like me when i want to order alcohol or drinks in rest.

MY FAV DAY IS HERE.
yayayayyay.
we agreed on no gifts this year.
but he gave me a surprise indeeed.
woohooo.
so touched.
but he mia for the entire noon.
replying like a snailey turtley old man.
because he was cutting seaweed.

and so we agreed on liang court for our xmas date.
thankfully it wasn't that crowded.
yay.

i had tamago rose, pooh shaped egg rice, pork slices, pooh tofu pi and potato salad, gyoza and pablo cheese tart from bkk!
yum yum yum.
not a single bit left. (:(:(:

it feels like a must to come here every xmas.
but all feels very different from the first year.
idk if it's because we didn't enter the dome.
but honestly, there isn't anything much.
feels like i've paid $8 just for the xmas vibe.
but then again, thankful to be here together on xmas.
last year, this was what i've hoped for but it didn't came because someone was overseas.
so xmas was lonely despite it being my fav season.
thankful to be able to come here too, cos it was drizzling the entire night.
we came just in time to catch the "snowfall".
which was just bubble foam.
but i love it cos it resembles snow.
no real snow, fake snow also can la.
and brings me back to when i was young.
because auntie always brings me out on such occasions.
and there we were in our hoodies, playing with the foams.
it was dirty but we were kids and we didn't care.
mummy and daddy or auntie would clean us up afterwards.
this basically marks xmas.
nothing much, but enjoyable.

i thought i could finally stay at home after going out for 3 days straight.
then mummy pulled me out on boxing day.
didn't even buy anything.
but did so much walking.
zzz.
dinner at this nonya eatery.
wouldn't call it a rest cos it is not a rest.
those basement shopping mall kinda eatery.
all of these for $8.50.
add a dollar for drinks.
so value for money.
it doesn't taste awful, it taste good actually.
the menu. idk what's the name of the eatery.

OUT AGAIN.
but this is the long awaited day.
since early dec.
JB trip!!!
weeeee.
the jam from SG to JB was crazy.
it took us 3 hrs to get in.
and lunch was at 1pm.
zzzz.
then massage then cafe then walk walk and it was evening already.
we didn't even do anything much.
spent more time travelling and waiting than anything else.
it was both a sucky experience for first timers whom i've brought in.
the waiting time is just unbearable.
but it felt good to be "overseas" with bull.
hehehhee.
i bought a flippers finally.
cos i know my legs were gonna cramp up anytime.
so better to air them out lolol.

cos like i said, majority of the time we were waiting and walking.

the massage was ok, but more preferable if they would wash my feet than just wipe it.
the shoulder massage was so good i love it.
except for the part where my bones almost broke.

but it was against our schedule so here i am with bull.
ice coffee and tea.
one of the best ice coffee i've tried of kopitiam standard.
their coffee are hand brewed.
like those socks traditional kinda coffee.
very xiang and smooth.
slightly bitter but bearable.
chilli crab pasta.
i quite like it cos the pasta was not overcooked.
and the sauce was not too spicy and not too sweet for me.
bull disliked it that he only had 1 bite.
wellll personal pref.
his french toast.
i like the kaya cos it was very coconutty.
he didn't like it for the same reason that i liked it.
lol.
the french toast was ok only cos they only fried it with egg thats all.
they didn't add sugar to it.
but the kaya didn't add any flavour to the toast cos it was just the outer toast that had the spread on it.
not a dish i would re order.

ITS BAILEY DAY!!
another day that i've waited since nov.
actually since A left.
hahahha.
it felt sooo welcoming to hear him bark when i was just outside the door.
like trying to tell me you are here!!

time with bailey is nv enough.
he is such a cutie pie that i would love to kidnap him home.
on bailey day, i finally did something.
to have him cuddle up beside me and falling asleep.
best moment ever.

and A said there's a bond btw baeee and me.
idk if he means it or just chuay daiji.
but still felt very happy after hearing that hhehee.
i need to apologise to ahbang cos i was way too preoccupied with baeee.
that i ignore him i think.

and he didn't want to leave after that.
idm him staying there but i need to move hahah.
best part was he didn't even go to bull, until a while later.

so this was really awesome imo.
the dishes were not rest std tasty but homely std tasty.
and everything tasted so fresh and sweeet.
soup was plain but i could taste the flavours of the cabbage and sweetness of carrot.
love ittttt.

and how he jump and run around.
he will be bae and nv ka zhua.

i think i zoned out alot of times during this outing.
maybe too lazy to participate and there were some i didn't understood.
it also felt a little weird cos i hadn't met them for a very very long time.
while they spent 3 days together after that very long time.
and the bond got lost a little.
in any case, love their company.
one less and it's all different.
