1kg!

I AM SO TIRED.
MUST BE THE ALLERGY.
SIS ONCE TOLD ME THAT THE DOC TOLD HER YOUR BODY WILL NEED MORE REST AND WILL FEEL MORE TIRED WHEN YOU GET AN ALLERGY.
WHY? 
I FORGOT.
BUT SINCE DOC SAYS SHOULD BE CREDIBLE.
SO I'M HOLDING THIS STUPID ALLERGY FROM STUPID EYE OINTMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY LETHARGY.
HAVE BEEN FEELING TIRED THE ENTIRE WEEEEK.
TYPING IN CAPS FEELS BETTER IN CONVEYING HOW TIRED I AM.
HURHURHUR.

Yes. I have a distaste for more than just one for the rest of my life.

I LOST WEIGHT WEEEHOOO.
EVEN THOUGH IT WAS JUST 1KG.
BUT STILL!!!!!!!!!!!
SO HAPPY.
i have 5 more months to go if everything remains.
1 month shed 1kg.

HMPH.

i did it hor.
and honestly, i don't feel that i cut that much of diet.
it's just sticking to 1800 kcal everyday, eating lesser.
maybe small meals each time, keeping the kcal for each meal to its minimal.
abstain from sweet drinks, oily, fried and sweet stuff.
i still do take sweet drinks, but cut down on them and choose lower sugar.
i still do take fried oily sweet stuff but not always, occasionally.  
i workout, not everyday but at least once a week which isn't alot.
i cut carbo but i still take carbo, a little. 
will always self remind myself to throw some carbo away and not finish it up. 
i ate CNY snacks too! minimal haha.
i still supper! a bit. sometimes milk, cereal, fruits mainly. egg sometimes. 
more grains, oats and fibres and fruits and veggies in my diet.
i do steal a few bites of ice cream when i crave for it. actually only once for this month.
few days ago was the first time i stole a few bites hehe. oh and ice cream and spastico thats all.
alot of soupy stuff. salads. 
so yeah basically that's about it.
definitely no: 1 hardboil egg morning, soupy diet for noon and night only.
i will die if i lead that diet.
oh and reading nutritional labels ALL THE TIME now.
they help so so so much when i'm torn btw food choices.

but yayyy feels much encouraged.
and feels good. 
feeling better about myself hehe. 
feels even better to have friends and bf supporting you. (:
i guess nutritionist successful haha.
giving prompt and constructive suggestions. hehhee.
actually quite equal leh. if it took me around 12 months to gain 10kg, then 1 month shed 1kg and 5 months to shed 5kg...
ok ma.

today somebody hugged me so tight!
it felt good actually hehehe.
but so sealy is him.
but today i didn't get hugged alot.
booo. 
study date today.
chuwa chuwa.
today me is extremely focused.
not focused is bull.
but my mind wandered abit because there were too many things to watch and stare out to.
people watching, pedestrians, cars buses.
don't need to wait too long before i see bull again.
1 day only kekeke.
there's one more thing i needed to blog today but i can't rmb now. 
shall sleeeeeeep.

Cos he worried that I might be in danger if anything were to happen since I'm often around that area.
